Mr. Kehmeier has 53 years of international experience in mining geology. He received two degrees from Colorado School of Mines, a B.S. in Geological Engineering, and an M.S. in Geology. His worldwide geological mining experience includes North, Central, and South America, Europe, Africa, and Greenland. He has experience in a wide range of commodities including epithermal, greenstone, and Carlin gold; vein, VMS, skarn, and sedimentary base metals; vein and skarn tungsten; porphyry Cu-Mo; hard rock lithium; REE; carbonatite niobium; Precambrian iron and manganese; hard rock, sedimentary, and calcrete uranium. He has a successful exploration resume which includes leading the discovery of over 17 million ounces of gold in multiple deposits and locations. As Vice President of Exploration for two companies, Richard was successful in dramatically increasing their resource and reserves bases. He has successfully advanced six exploration projects from inception to feasibility and exploitation. While Chief Geologist for RPMGlobal/Pincock, Allen & Holt, he led multi-disciplinary teams on due diligence studies, M&A studies, resource, and reserve studies. This position gave him the opportunity to closely observe a wide variety of mineral deposits over much of the world. He has written and supervised prefeasibility, feasibility, preliminary economic assessments reports, NI 43-101 and JORC technical reports, and due diligence reports and recommendations. He has advanced knowledge of data requirements for estimations of resource and reserves required for compliance of stock exchange reports, public corporate press releases, and initial stock offerings.
