Meet our team

I am a highly experienced professional with 27 years in the mining industry, having worked with both Peruvian and Canadian companies. I hold a degree in Geology from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (UNI) and have pursued further education through courses in Canada and the USA. My academic background includes an MBA in Strategic Business Administration from Catolica University, an MSc in Finance from Newman Business School, and recent training in Corporate Financial Strategy from the University of Chicago.
In addition to my industry expertise, I am a part-time professor at the university level, where I manage the CAPSTONE program. Over my career, I have been involved in every stage of mining projects, from grassroots exploration to the development of operational mines across Peru, Bolivia, Canada, Europe, and the USA. I possess strong interpretive skills in geology, economic geology, geochemistry, and geophysics, with a particular focus on feasibility studies, evaluations, and valuations within the mining sector.
As a Qualified Person (QP) under National Instrument 43-101, I bring a deep understanding of the technical and financial complexities of the mining industry.
